Job summary

ImageFIRST seeks a Territory Business Manager in Gardena, CA, to own the territory and drive new customer relationships through in-person selling. This field-based B2B role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and solution-based selling.

You will lead with face-to-face outreach, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams, while leveraging CRM tools to track progress and follow up with prospects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales or outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using social platforms to identify and engage new prospects.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, prospecting, and visits.
• Identify and research potential clients to uncover new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet goals.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers through presentations and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, service, and operations teams.
• Participate in team meetings and follow ImageFIRST's sales process.
