Northwest Exterminating in Tucker, GA is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to generate new business in assigned territories. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, building relationships from the ground up, and closing pest, termite, and wildlife service opportunities.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with company-provided truck, gas, cell phone, and comprehensive benefits. Prior sales or B2B experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a pesticide

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required.
• B2B experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, and door knocking in assigned territories.
• Target and acquire new B2B opportunities for pest, termite, and wildlife services.
• Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend Northwest continuing education programs to enhance daily performance.
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicle.
