Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Atlanta, GA is seeking a driven Commercial Account Executive. This true hunter role focuses on new business development, prospecting, and building relationships with local businesses to generate revenue.

You will work outside the desk, visit clients, manage routes, and participate in training. A high school diploma and sales or B2B experience are required; a company vehicle and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required.
• B2B experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for Northwest via cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach within assigned territories.
• Target and acquire new B2B opportunities for pest, termite, and wildlife services.
• Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend Northwest continuing education programs to enhance performance.
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset when operating company equipment and vehicle.
