Integrity Financial Services LLC is seeking a B2B Sales Consultant in the Columbia, SC area to develop new business relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. This field-based role involves prospecting, face-to-face meetings, presenting supplemental insurance benefits, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, coachable, and comfortable generating new business through in-person prospecting and networking. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for business owners and employees.
• Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close sales.
• Experience with networking and developing new business accounts is a plus.
• Strong time management and organization in a territory-based job.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and establish a consistent sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance products and explain available benefits.
• Develop new accounts and expand territory market presence.
