Job summary
Repligen is seeking a Field Application Scientist for Downstream Filtration in the United States, focused on supporting adoption and growth of the downstream filtration portfolio.
You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to solve bioprocessing challenges, deliver technical leadership, and drive customer success through demonstrations, troubleshooting, and Voice of Customer activities.
Qualifications
- ~5+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing or related customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and downstream process development.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical customer solutions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience linking technical leadership with commercial outcomes and customer value.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% (occasional international travel).
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical expert for downstream filtration applications and guide customers in process optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and R&D to drive portfolio adoption.
- Develop technical data, reports, and customer-facing content to support product launches.
- Build strong customer relationships and accelerate opportunities through collaboration.
