Job summary
Repligen invites applications for a Field Application Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical support and drive adoption of the downstream filtration portfolio. You will partner across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to solve bioprocessing challenges and influence process decisions.
You will travel domestically up to 75% while remaining focused on customer success, training materials, and cross-functional product launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing or related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration and downstream development.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth of downstream filtration portfolio through presentations, evaluations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and VOC activities.
- Serve as the technical expert for downstream filtration applications, helping customers optimize processes and implement new technologies.
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities and remove technical barriers.
