Job summary

Via Appliance Repair is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist to service customers in their homes. You’ll drive a company vehicle and diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Whirlpool appliances while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair.
• Appliance repair experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home service experiences with a focus on quality.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers/dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.
