Via Appliance Repair is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician specializing in Whirlpool brand service to deliver high-quality in-home repairs on a flexible route. Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for household appliances.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers/dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration sealed systems and educate customers on repairs and maintenance.
• Use mobile technology to manage work orders and stay current with evolving technology.
• Maintain a professional appearance while operating company vehicles and ensuring safety.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers

• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems
• Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations
• Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment
• Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology
• Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance

What We're Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
• Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus
