Job summary

VIA Inc. is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist to perform in-home repairs and service on Whirlpool appliances. A company-provided vehicle is included, and you will work on the road, starting your day dispatching from home. Immediate openings for experienced technicians.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $40+ per hour with performance bonuses and incentives. We value expertise, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair is preferred.
• Appliance repair experience is preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers.
• Diagnose and repair major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems.
• Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations.
• Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment.
• Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology.
• Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance.
• Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience.

What We're Looking For
