Via Appliance Repair is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist to join our field team. You’ll diagnose and fix major home appliances on site, using a company-provided vehicle and mobile tools to deliver excellent in-home service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home service experiences for customers.
• Diagnose and repair appliances (Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Gas & Electric ranges, Dishwashers, Microwave Ovens).
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems.
• Educate customers on repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize mobile tech to manage work orders.
• Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home tech.
• Complete ongoing training and safely operate company vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems

• Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance
• Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
• Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus
