Job Summary

We are looking for Appliance Repair Technicians capable of operating independently and professionally. High earners are organized, keep themselves up to date on training, are efficient and genuinely care about their customers.

Responsibilities

1. Meets with customers in their homes or places of business and ensures customers receive better service than they were expecting.
2. Interact with customers to determine service problems, explain needed repairs, and provide estimates as needed.
3. Meet or exceed key performance indicator metrics for performance incentives.
4. Masterfully diagnose and repair all major appliances such as washers and dryers, gas/electric stoves, microwave ovens, and dishwashers.
5. Learn and apply the details of today's connected technology to major home appliance goods.
6. Complete all required technician competency model training, and proactively seek to remain a knowledgeable expert in the repair industry.
7. Drive safely and responsibly to and from customer locations.
8. Utilize handheld devices to update work orders in a paperless environment.
9. Consistently deliver a 5 Star customer experience.

Qualifications

1. Must be enthusiastic and customer service-focused.
2. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
3. Willingness to learn and develop skills.
4. Must have a valid driver’s license.
5. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check.
6. Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual is always a plus).
7. Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
9. Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields preferred.
10. (optional) Willing to relocate.
