Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in Houston seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager to drive sales of on-highway parts and service solutions across an assigned customer base. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year in relevant work experience; 3+ years in the On-Highway Trucking industry preferred.
• Minimum of one year of direct sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell aftermarket parts and service solutions to assigned customers.
• Achieve sales goals within a designated territory and pursue new business.
• Plan and conduct 5–7 daily sales visits; perform monthly in-person account visits.
• Support education on parts and service programs and collaborate with internal teams.
