CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager to operate in the Battle Creek area and surrounding markets. You will build relationships with customers, manage outstanding concerns, and verify installations while coordinating with engineering and program teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of industry experience and a bachelor’s degree (preferred). Travel within a defined territory is expected, with opportunities to drive savings for multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as local on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage participation in the program.
• Design and deliver compelling proposals for accounts and programs.
• Record and track customer interactions following company procedures; provide status updates to program staff.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and advise on installation, configuration, or enhancement per client specs.
