PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking a results-driven Business Consultant in the Charlotte area for an outside-sales role within a fast-growing PEO/HCM environment. You will own the sales process from prospecting and initial appointments through negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside sales experience with strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and is comfortable traveling to client sites.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of outside sales/business development experience within PEO, payroll, HR tech, or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sales process from prospecting to close, including discovery and proposals.
• Develop customized client solutions and executive-level presentations.
• Manage client relationships through implementation and post-sale support.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts using Salesforce.
