PeopleConnect Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition on a field-based, outside-sales model. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals with executives and HR leaders across multiple industries.

You will own the sales process end-to-end, leveraging networking and channel partnerships, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development and revenue growth. Travel and field engagement are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in PEO, payroll, HR tech, or related industries.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with business owners and executives.
• Experience using a CRM system; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field with limited in-office time.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partnerships, and self-generated opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and post-sale follow-up.
• Develop customized proposals and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful client experience.
