Job summary

Stratis Group in California seeks an Access Reimbursement Manager to serve a defined territory (Oakland/Bakersfield). This client-facing role educates providers and staff on access services and reimbursement solutions, aligning with product-specific requirements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related Sales.
4 year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles.
Ability to travel 3-4 days a week within the territory.

Responsibilities

Manage daily activities to support patient access to client products in provider offices.
Liaise with HUB, Call Center and Specialty Pharmacy Services for patient access.
Act as an extension of the client’s HUB and provide in-person visits as needed.
Participate in client meetings and input call activity into the CRM.
Serve as payer expert and communicate changes to stakeholders promptly.
Educate offices on the access process and payer requirements.
Review patient case information compliantly and educate staff on patient services portals.
