Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Southern California to educate health care providers on access services and reimbursement solutions. You will manage a dedicated territory, resolve patient-level reimbursement issues, and collaborate with HUB, sales, and market access teams.

The role requires 3+ years in relevant areas, a 4-year degree, and the ability to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics).
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 3–4 days a week, with overnights and flights as needed, within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices and liaise with HUB and other access services.
• Act as an extension of the client’s HUB and conduct in-person visits as appropriate.
• Participate in client meetings and team calls; log activities in the CRM.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
