Job summary

Success On The Spectrum is seeking a Field-Based Clinical Manager to lead our school-based ABA therapy operations. You will own the development and scaling of clinical workflows, supervise RBTs on-site, and collaborate directly with school districts to align ABA programming with classroom goals.

You will supervise field staff, ensure fidelity to protocols, and coordinate with educational partners to support student outcomes. A flexible, hybrid schedule across contracted schools is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing school-based ABA workflows and programs.
• Ability to conduct functional assessments in educational settings (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA).
• Proven experience supervising RBTs and behavior interns in schools.
• Strong collaboration with school districts and IEP teams; effective conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and build standardized school-based ABA workflows and treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor field RBTs and interns on-site in schools.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to school administrators and teachers.
• Coordinate parent trainings and progress reviews across home, clinic, and school.
• Ensure documentation meets insurance mandates and privacy standards.
• Track metrics, develop onboarding modules, and report on division growth and quality.
