Job summary

Behavior Nation is seeking a Program Supervisor/Manager to oversee clinical ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and train client caregivers across home, community, school, and clinic settings. This role emphasizes leadership, data collection, and program fidelity within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 12-semester units in applied behavior analysis + 1 year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services OR
• Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience + RBT certification OR
• Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise communications to staff and client families.
• Supervise, train, and support BIs across levels and build rapport with families.
• Provide coverage for peers and direct therapy when needed.
• Maintain punctual, reliable schedules and ensure timely documentation.
• Lead clinical team and training meetings and comply with policies and budgets.
• Support caregiver training and data collection; implement ABA programs as directed.
