Job summary

Success On The Spectrum seeks a Field-Based Clinical Manager to lead its in-school ABA therapy division. You will own development and scaling of school-based clinical operations, supervise field RBTs, and partner with educational teams across contracted schools.

The role offers high daily autonomy and a hybrid field-based schedule across local school sites in Sanford, FL. You will drive program development, oversee RBTs, coordinate with IEP teams, and ensure compliance with insurance mandates

Qualifications

• RBT supervision and mentorship in field settings.
• Development of school-based ABA workflows and treatment plans.
• Clinical leadership and division-wide quality control.

Responsibilities

• Design and build standardized workflows for classroom-based ABA delivery.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior interns on-site in schools with field observations.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for school administrators and IEP teams.
• Coordinate with parents for progress reviews and home-school generalization.
• Review field notes and manage school-based authorization requests.
• Track division performance and report on growth and quality.
