Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC controls and BAS/BMS systems.
- Experience modifying control logic and setting up controllers.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Tridium/Niagara, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls or Trane.
Responsibilities
- Program, modify, and troubleshoot building automation and building management systems.
- Configure controllers, sensors, and connected control devices.
- Diagnose problems with control logic, low-voltage wiring, and network communications.
- Calibrate sensors and adjust control loops to improve HVAC performance.
- Support installation, startup, testing, commissioning, and system upgrades.
- Complete system backups, software updates, and accurate service documentation.
