Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a field-based technician to apply building automation and HVAC controls experience in a hands-on role, solving issues and improving system performance while working directly with customers.

You will program, adjust, and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems, install sensors and controllers, diagnose wiring and IP-network issues, and support startups and commissioning. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BAS/DDC and HVAC controls experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of low-voltage wiring, control circuits, and IP networks.
• Ability to manage field assignments and use service tools.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms.
• Relevant BAS certifications are a plus.

Field-based position

Put your building automation and HVAC controls experience to work in a hands-on role with opportunities to grow. We’re seeking a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, improving system performance, and working directly with customers.

What you’ll do

• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control systems.

• Calibrate sensors, tune control loops, and support system upgrades, startup, and commissioning.
• Complete service documentation and communicate clearly with customers.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems and HVAC controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of low-voltage wiring, control circuits, and IP networks.
• Ability to manage field assignments and use computer-based service tools.
• Availability to travel to customer sites and work on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms.

Relevant manufacturer training or BAS certifications are a plus. Successful completion of background and drug screening is required.
