Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in California to win new business and protect commercial clients from pests, backed by the Orkin Guarantee. You’ll gain training and growth opportunities while earning competitive pay and rewards.

No industry experience is required; you’ll receive full training and a path to leadership. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and a company vehicle after training, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to diverse industries.
• Provide strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interior and exterior of commercial properties and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
