Job summary

Orkin in Escondido, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products, sell to a variety of industries, build trusted relationships, and protect their business from pests with safety and professionalism.

We offer base pay plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle with gas card after training, a full benefits package, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities. No industry experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties; training provided.
• Present findings, address questions, and set expectations for pest programs.
• Prepare sales agreements using provided tools and training.
