Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in California to grow commercial accounts with a proven pest control offering. You’ll leverage a strong brand, training, and a rewarding compensation plan.

In this role you’ll secure new business, build relationships with clients, and present tailored pest management solutions. A company vehicle, base pay plus uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits support your success.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and uphold quality and safety.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the supplied iPad.
