Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in California to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest prevention solutions to diverse industries, build trusted relationships, and advance a career with growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

We offer a competitive first-year earnings range of $60,000 to $120,000 USD, base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and industry-leading training. No prior industry experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: No Experience Required; Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and recommend solutions.
