Phelps-Uniform-Specialists in Sioux Falls is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive new business in your territory. You will prospect, cold call, and set appointments with decision-makers, learning customers' needs and presenting tailored solutions.

This hunter role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with earned income potentially well over six figures depending on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience selling value-added solutions.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and growing market share within your territory.
• Cold calling, door knocking, networking, and setting appointments with decision-makers.
• Learning about customers' businesses and identifying opportunities to help.
• Conducting facility assessments and presenting customized solutions they can count on.
• Building proposals, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.
• Managing your pipeline and documenting activity in our CRM.
• Spending most of your time in the field meeting potential customers.
• Consistently hitting revenue goals and growing your book of business.
