Job summary
ATE - Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a field technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing vehicle systems.
- Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations.
- Proficient with diagnostic equipment and wiring schematics.
- Ability to travel daily in company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
- Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
- Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repairs.
- Document calibrations per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals, in alignment with policies.
- Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
