Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to provide mobile diagnostic, programming and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, precise OEM-compliant work, and strong customer service.

You will work with ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and module programming, ensuring accurate documentation and quality outcomes. ATE offers growth opportunities and ongoing training to stay current with automotive technology.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage difficult situations with transparency.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work Saturdays as required.
