Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Field Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize automated systems across customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance on material handling and automation equipment, coordinate repairs, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and reliability.

This role requires strong electrical troubleshooting, 3+ years automation experience, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automation experience as an Automation Technician or related roles.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting with 480V, 240V, 24V, and 48V systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Own hand tools and ability to purchase as needed; specialty tools provided.
• Willingness to be on call and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated equipment.
• Be the point of contact for customers and coordinate work orders.
• Attend monthly safety trainings and maintain safe work areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Order parts and manage inventory; coordinate outside vendor work.
