Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking an Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems in a manufacturing/industrial setting. You will perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, electric forklifts, conveyors, and robotic systems while collaborating with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Requires 3+ years automation experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480v, 240v, 24v, 48v), and ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years automation experience preferred (Automation Technician/ Forklift tech).
• Strong electrical troubleshooting across 480v/240v/24v/48v and related components.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated systems and material handling equipment.
• Schedule and complete work orders with accurate records per time standards.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers during service visits.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate warranty and outside vendor work when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety standards.
