Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing, engineering, automotive repair, or a related field is required.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, equipment/hardware repairs, or mechanical engineering.
• Comfortable working with hardware and willing to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to adapt to new challenges and independently develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers following installation to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance training.
• Perform necessary repairs and refurbishment for customer-owned Lynx platforms.
• Write service reports detailing the setup and servicing performed.
• Collaborate with a cross-trained team while coordinating with sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.
