Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive SMC application knowledge or equivalent industry.
• Proficient in CRM and ability to learn new programs.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with or knowledge of competitive products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on automation solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients' engineering and operations teams.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to design and implement automation solutions.
• Maintain CRM records of meetings and opportunities in SalesConnect.
• Identify opportunities for revenue-producing projects and assist in closing them.
