Aufgaben

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process while delivering remarkable service
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues
• Evaluate bid content, photo documentation, vehicle damage, and causation issues
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and repair shops
• Maintain outstanding customer service throughout the claims process
