Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a field audit professional responsible for executing and completing assigned audits in accordance with company compliance and risk guidelines. The role involves on-site physical inventory of floor planned vehicles, frequent travel, and collaboration with dealership personnel to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in financial services, and a willingness to travel 100%.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience in financial services or similar industry.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for the experience.
• Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; communication skills.
• Must have an active driver's license and the ability to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Field investigations requiring review of dealership files and records.
• Physical audits including looking up VINs and comparing to internal Ally records.
• Communication with dealership personnel to resolve audit issues.
• Day-to-day travel time to go to and from dealership locations.
• Required administrative responsibilities including supervisory release, time tracking, expense reporting.
