Job summary

DataScan, part of Solifi, is seeking a Field Risk Specialist to perform on-site floorplan inventory audits at automotive, equipment, and powersports dealers across the territory. This field-based role requires travel, keen attention to detail, and the ability to verify inventory and dealer records in real time.

You will interact with dealership staff and client representatives, document audit findings via a mobile app, and communicate risk exposure clearly to help clients manage inventory risk

Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers outdoors and indoors.
• Meet with dealership personnel to determine missing inventory status.
• Review and validate dealer records related to sold/missing/damaged inventory and off-site collateral.
• Verify MSOs and vehicle titles for accuracy.
• Record inventory status and audit findings using a mobile audit app.
• Document dealership visit details and audit observations.
• Communicate audit results and potential risk exposure to client representatives.
