Job summary

DataScan by Solifi in Mobile, AL seeks Field Risk Specialists to conduct floorplan inventory audits at automotive and related dealerships. You will verify inventory, review records, and identify discrepancies through our mobile audit app, reporting results to clients.

Travel within the assigned territory is required, with occasional overnight stays. The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and clear communication with dealership staff and client teams.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers, often outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Meet with dealership personnel to research and determine missing inventory status.
• Review dealer records and supporting documentation for sold, missing, damaged inventory and off-site collateral.
• Verify MSOs and vehicle titles.
• Record inventory status and audit findings using a mobile device application.
• Document dealership visit details and observations.
• Communicate audit results and risks to client representatives.
