Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor for Commercial & Industrial Properties with up to 75% travel. You will perform on-site building assessments across various properties, document data accurately, and report findings to clients with clear written communication.

You should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and experience in property condition assessments or MEP trades, with strong writing skills and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Clean motor vehicle record required.
• Excellent written communication of technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site building assessments.
• Collect and document data via electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and suggest remediation.
• Prepare proprietary reports with findings, photos, and supporting docs.
• Communicate visit results to key stakeholders.
• Follow all company safety standards and travel policies.
