Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor to perform on-site property condition assessments across diverse building types, including commercial and residential facilities.

The role requires extensive travel, accurate data collection, and clear reporting to clients with varying levels of technical understanding. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and document findings clearly.
• Experience in property condition assessments or related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to clients with limited technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field assessments and QA/QC inspections of building systems.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports with findings and supported photographs.
• Communicate site visit results to key stakeholders and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow company travel policy and submit expense reports timely.
