Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Field Assessor for Commercial & Industrial properties, with substantial travel to client sites across the region.

You will conduct on-site evaluations of electrical, mechanical, life safety, and structural components, documenting data and preparing reports for clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 2+ years in property condition assessments preferred.
• Experience in MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Background check: No DUI/DWI or serious motor vehicle violations.
• Excellent written communication of technical issues to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform regional on-site building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic, web-based or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site results to key stakeholders.
• Follow safety standards and travel policy.
