Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across an assigned market. This full-time role involves hands-on merchandise resets, installing displays, and guiding a team of merchandising associates to meet client standards.

You will coordinate with the District Manager, travel between stores, ensure safety, report progress with mobile apps, and build strong relationships with store partners to deliver on-time, high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects and inspect work against standards.
• Serve as the in-market point of contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through mobile apps and verify data accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions.
• Lead and train the merchandising team to meet client requirements.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new associates as requested.
