Job summary

VivoAquatics seeks a Professional Services Technician II to manage a route of commercial properties, diagnose and resolve issues across water chemistry, sensors, and VivoPoint systems, and lead site launches and upgrades.

You will test, adjust, and maintain chemical feed equipment, document visits, and provide clear recommendations to clients while operating on a remote-monitoring platform.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or related technical field is preferred.
• CPO certification within 90 days of employment, company-paid during onboarding.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve field issues with minimal escalation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled onsite visits according to route and contract scope.
• Test water chemistry and provide adjustment recommendations.
• Handle and apply pool chemicals safely per protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across chemical automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot VivoPoint sensors and equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain VivoPoint feed systems and circulation equipment.
• Provide accurate parts and labor estimates for repairs and improvements.
• Document service visits and communicate with management and billing.
• Assist on larger installations and projects as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and safety at all times.
