Job summary

VivoAquatics is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to manage a route of recurring client visits at commercial properties in the Honolulu area. You will diagnose and resolve issues across chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems, and install VivoPoint feed systems while supporting new site launches and upgrades.

The role requires hands-on technical experience, the ability to work across multiple properties, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial water chemistry and balancing.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve most field issues without escalation.
• Proven experience in field service across pools and aquatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled onsite visits for new and existing clients.
• Conduct chemical water testing and provide adjustment recommendations.
• Install and commission VivoPoint feed systems and support site launches and upgrades.
