Job summary

VivoAquatics is seeking an experienced Professional Services Technician II to manage a route of commercial properties, diagnose issues in chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems, and install VivoPoint feed systems. You’ll work across premium properties with a focus on reliability and proactive service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on technical experience in commercial aquatics, with CPO certification within 90 days, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in commercial aquatics or a related technical field.
• CPO certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled onsite visits per route schedule and contract scope.
• Conduct chemical water testing and provide adjustment recommendations.
• Handle, transport, store and apply pool chemicals safely per protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve intermediate issues across automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Install and commission VivoPoint feed systems and support site upgrades.
