Job summary

VivoAquatics is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to manage a route of commercial properties, diagnose issues, and install VivoPoint systems. You will visit multiple sites daily, test water chemistry, and apply trained repair skills in a fast-paced field environment.

Onboarding includes accelerated validation and CPO certification; compensation is hourly and based on location and experience. This role requires travel up to 50% and driving a company vehicle in a nationwide service

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or related technical fields.
• CPO certification required within the first 90 days of employment; onboarding coverage provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service visits and water testing to keep pools balanced and compliant.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate issues across chemical automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Install, calibrate, and commission VivoPoint systems and related feed equipment.
• Document visits, communicate with property management, and provide actionable solutions.
