Job summary

VivoAquatics is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to manage a territory of commercial aquatics sites. You will diagnose and resolve issues across chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems, install VivoPoint feed systems, and lead site upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or a related technical field.
• CPO certification to be completed within 90 days of employment; company covers onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs; comfortable outdoors and in mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine onsite visits according to route schedule and contract scope.
• Diagnose and resolve intermediate issues across chemical automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Calibrate and verify probes and instrumentation to maintain accurate readings.
• Install and commission VivoPoint chemical feed systems and associated equipment.
• Provide accurate parts and labor estimates for repairs and improvements.
• Document service visits in VivoPoint and communicate with management and billing.
