Job summary

VivoAquatics is seeking a Professional Services Technician II to handle recurring field visits at commercial properties. You will diagnose issues across chemical automation and sensors, install VivoPoint feed systems, and support site launches and upgrades.

The role requires hands-on technical experience, CPO certification within 90 days, and a willingness to travel in the San Diego territory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial aquatics or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with chemical automation, sensors, and circulation systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues without escalation.
• Capable of installing and commissioning VivoPoint systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine onsite visits, test water chemistry, and adjust treatments per scope.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate issues in automation, sensors, and controllers.
• Install, commission, and maintain VivoPoint chemical feed systems and equipment.
• Document visits, provide accurate estimates, and communicate site status to managers.
• Travel to multiple properties and ensure safety and compliance.
