Zusammenfassung

Molex is seeking an early-career Field Applications Engineer to support Bay Area hyperscalers, OEMs, and network vendors with ACC/AEC cable integrations. You will work on-site, perform bring-up, interop, and qualification, and travel to customer sites as needed, coordinating with Interop and firmware teams in Conway, AR.

You will help with field data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting, including Linux-based telemetry, and contribute to documentation and scripts for data processing.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Tech, or related.
• Hands-on with networking and embedded fundamentals; travels up to 50%
• Proficient with Linux (CLI, packages, dmesg/journalctl) and bash scripting

Aufgaben

• On-site bring-up of ACC/AEC cables in customer labs and data centers.
• Reproduce field issues and relay findings to Interop and firmware teams.
• Collect logs and CMIS telemetry from Linux hosts/switches.
• Script log collection/data processing (bash/Python).
• Track samples, evaluation units, and returns through analysis and resolution.
