Amphenol Corporation in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Field Applications Engineer to join the Data Center Sales Team. You will bridge between customers, product development, marketing and sales to drive design wins for high-speed interconnect solutions.

Responsibilities include leading the technical aspects of the sales cycle, developing materials, presenting solutions, solving complex interconnect problems, and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years displayed experience providing product marketing and sales technical support to produce design wins.
• Experience with modeling tools and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Engineering resource on the sales team to lead technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Amphenol products.
• Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.
• Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries.
• Help devise strategies to differentiate our products and solutions from our competitors.
• Meet and exceed strategic objectives.
• Some travel will be required.
