Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apprenticeship, workforce development, training coordination, or related experience.
• Collaborative experience with field operations in a construction or skilled trades environment.
• Knowledge of utility-scale solar, construction trades, and apprenticeship regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and electrical field leadership to identify and enroll eligible apprentices and journeyworkers.
• Ensure compliance with apprentice-to-journeyworker ratio requirements on projects.
• Monitor journeyworker participation and completion of mentoring and supervision responsibilities.
• Track RTI and OJT requirements for apprentices; verify completion.
• Coordinate sessions for new apprentices and journeyworkers, including requirements and resources.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training opportunities.
• Assess apprentice progress and provide timely feedback to apprentices and journeyworkers.
• Maintain records of OJT, RTI, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
• Utilize program dashboards and status reports for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure enrollment, registration, and retention documentation is complete and compliant.
• Prepare reports for state, federal, or regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and budget tracking for programs.
• Liaise between apprentices, journeyworkers, field teams, and management to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
